Hi, I'm Divakar — I build software that has to work on Monday morning.

I'm a full-stack engineer from Darbhanga, Bihar. Over the last five years I've delivered 70+ production systems: hospital management platforms, school ERPs, marketplaces, trading dashboards, AI assistants and cross-platform mobile apps.

Most of my clients aren't tech companies. They're hospitals, schools, manufacturers and non-profits who need software that fits how they already work — and stays reliable without a full engineering team behind it. That constraint shapes how I build: simple architectures, dependable technology, clear handover documentation.

Alongside client work I keep going deeper into machine learning and LLM systems — retrieval pipelines, document intelligence and automation that removes real manual work rather than adding a chatbot for its own sake.
